To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salient Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
